Job summary

Toole's Ace Hardware in Central Florida is seeking a Commercial Account Specialist to introduce our business solutions to commercial customers. You will meet first-time and current business clients, assess their needs, and generate new leads while building lasting relationships in-store and through visits and events.

You will promote the full suite of sales support options, prepare quotes, manage orders, and work with store teammates to grow our commercial sales program.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Experience: Sales experience with retail and/or business customers.
• Skills: Comfortable interacting with existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Meet first-time and current business customers to assess needs.
• Generate customer invoices and quotes; process orders.
• Market programs to internal and external business customers.
• Generate sales leads from potential new customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn customer base by interviewing customers and understanding needs.
