Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. seeks a responsive sales professional to accurately provide price and delivery information, respond to inquiries, and convert inquiries into orders. You will generate quotes, assist customers technically, process orders, and monitor inventory to support strong customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, solid communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Some travel may be required to meet company goals and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or comparable experience.
• 1–2 years sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in evaluating customer orders and accounts.
• Basic computer skills to assemble and process orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of TK products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales calls, faxes, and e-mails.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for all products.
• Provide technical assistance to customers.
• Process sales orders and return orders, credits, and debits as required.
• Enter scrap return orders as requested by distribution channels.
• Review product inventory and report concerns to purchasing/management.
