PSS Industrial Group is seeking an experienced industrial sales professional to generate customer quotes and proposals, support counter sales, and coordinate orders and shipping. You will work with the Outside Sales Team to nurture accounts and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities include following up on quotes, negotiating as needed, entering orders in the ERP system, and maintaining relationships with customers and new prospects.

Formación

• Two plus years of business to business industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and skill using Infor SXe software system is a plus.
• A strong sense of urgency and commitment to effectively and timely service our customers.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required.
• Self motivated to enhance personal development and company performance metrics

Responsabilidades

• Generates customer quotes and proposals via phone, email, or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services as needed.
• Follows up on quotes and proposals, negotiates as needed and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping, material information requirements for products and any other incidental involved in getting the right product to the customer at the right time.
• Enters orders in ERP system based on established rules and practices.
• Maintains working business relationships with established and new customers.
• Works with Outside Sales Team and provides feedback and communication regarding accounts.
• Assists in the delivery of customer orders and pickup of materials as needed (Small Branches).
