Job summary

Extech Building Materials Corp. is seeking a full-time inside sales associate to serve walk-in and phone customers, enter and update orders and quotes, and make outbound sales calls. You will enter opportunities and update the CRM to reflect current status.

The role covers sales across product groups, requires strong organization, good communication, and the ability to work self-directed. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; HS or equivalent education is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
• Ability to separate themselves in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions.
• Ability to work in a self-directed way.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, HS or equivalent education minimum preferred
• Basic understanding of the construction process (building supplies)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and follow-up skills
• Basic math and computer skills and understanding of sales margins
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to continually learn and retain new product information.
