Job summary

AlphaGraphics Madison is seeking an Inside Sales & Print Account Specialist to join our team. You will work with customers, manage a book of business, develop estimates, and coordinate projects with production teams.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Print industry experience is strongly preferred and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, graphics, signage or a related industry.
• Customer-focused with a natural sales mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable estimating and working with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer and house accounts.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or online.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for print and related projects.
• Provide knowledgeable project consultation and recommend products and materials.
• Look for opportunities to expand project scope and provide value.
• Enter, manage and track jobs from estimate to completion.
• Coordinate projects with production, design, mailing and large format teams.
• Communicate proofs, schedules, changes and status to customers.
