You will consult with walk-in B2B customers and current accounts by phone, email, and CRM, while assisting B2C shoppers with battery and lighting solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail or B2B/B2C sales environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product specs and diagnostics tools.
• On-site role with flexibility for store hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow local commercial accounts through cold-calls and meetings.
• Consult walk-in retail customers; cross-sell batteries and lighting solutions.
• Develop product expertise across batteries, lighting, and related devices.
• Manage leads and quotes; maintain CRM and POS records.
• Support on-site services and product demonstrations for business clients.
