Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a Business Sales Manager for B2B outside sales and new customer acquisition. This hands-on, field-based leadership role builds and guides a team of up to ten reps to open doors and close new logos.

You will coach, set quotas, track CRM activity, and partner with marketing to sustain a healthy pipeline while representing Victra in local business networks.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business sales targets in a hunter‑focused, quota‑carrying environment.
• Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of up to ten B2B sales representatives focused on new customer acquisition.
• Set and manage sales quotas and monitor activity, pipeline, and new logos.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation and CRM processes.
• Represent Victra in the local business community to create opportunities and introductions.
