Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Sales Manager to build and coach a team of up to ten outside B2B reps focused on new customer acquisition across major markets. You will drive hunter-focused strategies, open doors through cold outreach, and convert first meetings into lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B outside sales role, ideally telecom or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets in hunter environments.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field support.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field-based team of up to ten B2B reps focused on new-logo acquisition.
• Open doors via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Set quotas, monitor activity, pipeline, and closing targets; use CRM for tracking.
• Lead territory/account strategies and align with marketing to optimize lead generation.
• Represent Victra in local business communities and drive new opportunities.
