This training-ground role focuses on mentoring newcomers into an outside sales territory, with 100% onsite work, relocation possibilities, and compensation up to $26/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualified business opportunities through 80 outbound calls per day.
• Execute strategic business development activities, including e-marketing campaigns and direct mailers.
• Write and share marketing intelligence reports for the outside sales force.
• Build custom target market contact lists.
• Set up, plan and present product lines to stakeholders.
• Update customer/prospect/lead database with daily activities and new contacts.
• Conduct field sales calls with outside sales staff to gain experience and assess client needs.
• Learn all aspects of client business, product line, and the safety industry.
