Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales.
• Strong history of local association/networking involvement.
• Proven ability to work within a sales team and collaborate with Operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent proven experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Hunting & Prospecting: research potential clients, connect with decision-makers, and schedule face-to-face presentations.
• Consultative Selling: analyze customer needs, design value-added proposals, competitive pricing.
• Relationship Building: participate in trade shows, events, and local groups to grow brand footprint.
• Pipeline Management: use Salesforce.com to track activities, manage schedules, and forecast pipeline.
