You will report to the Director of Marketing and partner with business, commercial, and sales stakeholders to translate market priorities into compelling programs that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing leading integrated campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate market insights into compelling programs.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead integrated demand generation campaigns from planning to execution.
• Translate objectives and product value into messaging and content.
• Collaborate with Sales to align strategy and optimize follow-up.
• Define KPIs and report results with data-driven optimizations.
• Manage budgets and external agencies to deliver high-quality work.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Leverage Monday.com or similar PM tools to keep campaigns on track.
