Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Director, Performance Marketing to lead the paid media engine across our core business lines. You will own full-funnel media strategy and work with sales, product marketing, and regional teams to drive pipeline and commercial impact.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing with 5+ years in paid media, 3+ years in leadership, and strong analytics. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.

• Experience with B2B paid channels incl. LinkedIn and programmatic
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree a plus

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and channel mix across search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Defend the paid media budget with senior leadership and provide scenario planning and spend recommendations.
• Own the paid media agency relationship end-to-end and manage performance targets and spend accountability.
• Define broader growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and expansion with paid as the primary lever.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Content Strategy, Web/CMS and Marketing Automation teams.
