Job summary

Prospecting, account setup, and ongoing relationship management are core; you’ll use CRM to track activity and grow a portfolio of clients. You’ll earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a $500 monthly car allowance, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Campus activities and energetic presentation are desirable.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and set up accounts.
• Develop lead generation and track activity using CRM.
• Sell and onboard new accounts; manage existing ones.
• Coordinate with management to train and develop Territory Managers.
