Circle K B2B in North America is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive national enterprise growth in fleet card and fuel solutions. You will hunt mid-to-large accounts, lead consultative selling, and align client needs with Circle K’s B2B offerings.
This role partners with Key Account and Regional Sales teams to onboard and retain customers, manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and travel 30–50% across North America to engage clients at their locations and trade shows.

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and fleet card solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter who excels at acquiring large national accounts, understands consultative selling, and can align customer needs with Circle K’s suite of B2B offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to drive growth and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Location: This role can be based out of any of our US Business Unit office, with a preference in Nashville, Houston, San Antonio, Tempe, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa.
