Job summary

Rapid Finance is expanding its sales team and recruiting for Business Advisor training classes in Bethesda, MD. You will build relationships with SMBs, educate them on financing options, and guide them through the end-to-end sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Expected to be highly motivated with a willingness to hustle, you will participate in a one-month training before transitioning to production with coaching from a Sales Director. On-site office work is required in Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or coursework in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years B2B consultative selling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
• Educate clients on financing options and recommend solutions.
• Handle end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain high activity with 70+ calls per day and timely follow-ups.
