Job summary

New York Life Bethesda is seeking managers to join the Fast Track Partner program and lead a sales team within our General Office. You may be selected to become a Partner, responsible for recruiting and developing a group of sales professionals, with opportunities for advancement to Senior or Managing Partner based on objective criteria.

Candidates should hold Life and Health licenses, with Series 6/7 and 63 preferred, and have prior experience in financial services and insurance, plus sales

Qualifications

• Life and Health License required.
• Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 preferred.
• Previous experience in Financial Services industry required.
• Previous experience in Insurance industry required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Previously manage a team of individuals required.
• Knowledge of cultural markets a plus.
• Bilingual Speaking Spanish, Portuguese, other a plus.
• College Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of salespeople.
• Drive recruiting and team development within New York Life.
• Eligibility for promotion to Senior Partner or Managing Partner based on objective criteria.
