Job summary

Rapid Finance is seeking an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to attract and manage referral partners for cash advance and loan products. You will support Business Development, identify new lead sources, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to grow revenue.

The role requires strong phone presence, 3+ years in business development, and a passion for serving small businesses. Training is in-office in Bethesda, MD with remote options within the DMV area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business development role.
• Experience with small businesses preferred.
• Proven phone sales track record.
• Strong metrics orientation and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business partners with daily engagements to drive production.
• Cultivate new relationships with prospective partners.
• Perform data analytics to identify opportunities and inform BD strategies.
• Evaluate production goals vs. actuals.
• Travel to visit referral partners and conferences as needed.
• Develop and deliver strategies to attract new partners and increase production.
• Provide partner support and manage onboarding through first funded deal.
