The Meier Agency is expanding and seeks a B2B Outside Sales Trainer to join and grow with the team. The role offers a fast track to leadership, including managing a sales team as you prove proficiency with our system.

You will train on our proven sales approach, drive new business with local companies, and build a lifetime referral stream. Compensation is commission-based with strong upside and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct/outside/B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license.

Responsabilités

• Learn our proven sales system and implement it in the field.
• Drive new business by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts.
