Meier Agency is expanding and seeks an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop other reps and future leaders. The role offers rapid growth and advancement as you master our system and drive field-based B2B selling.

The position emphasizes hands-on coaching, interactive training (in-person and online), and ongoing mentorship to build sales capability and leadership potential within a dynamic, high-growth organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of professional sales experience.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn insurance programs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for sales reps.
• Lead in-person and online training sessions.
• Coach and mentor reps to reach career goals.
• Identify high-potential reps for leadership paths.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Build field-based B2B sales book of business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations.
