Coastal Elite Pro in Colorado Springs is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory. You will prospect, visit clients, deliver on-site presentations, and develop tailored proposals to win multi-year service agreements.

Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years of B2B sales, a proven track record of hitting targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

Qualificações

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.
• Developing customized proposals and closing multi-year service agreements.
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity in CRM.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborating with service and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
