Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to generate new business within a designated territory in Oregon. You will prospect, qualify leads, and conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services, building tailored proposals to close multi-year service agreements.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven success in surpassing sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle (auto insurance compliance required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face visits.
