Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team in Everett, WA. You will sell pest management solutions to a variety of industries, build trusted relationships, and meet sales targets using marketing tools and a proven training program.

You’ll be responsible for inspecting client properties, recommending effective solutions, and leveraging a company vehicle, tech tools, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
