Job summary
Cintas is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business-to-business growth in the First Aid and Safety division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calls, setting appointments, and presenting programs to meet a sales quota.
The role includes transporting samples and participating in a structured training program to develop product knowledge and sales skills. The position offers a solid base salary with commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 12-week sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
