Job summary

Western Pest Services is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to cover the Media, PA area. You will grow our commercial footprint by identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and building a robust sales pipeline to drive recurring revenue.

The role emphasizes autonomy, problem solving and community engagement, with uncapped commissions, solid benefits, and ongoing training. Candidates with outside sales experience are preferred and must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age; legal eligibility to work.
• Employment consistent with federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations.
• Become a subject matter expert on Western’s services.
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; meet recurring revenue targets.
