Western Pest Services is seeking a highly motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative based in the Media, PA area. You will grow our commercial footprint, network with clients, and drive adoption of broad pest control and management services.

Expect autonomy, meaningful challenges, and a team of experts to support your success. The role emphasizes relationship-building, demonstrations, and pipeline management to achieve ambitious recurring revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential business customers.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations for potential clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motived & self-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative. This position would be based out the Media, PA area!

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a B2B Outside Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services.

Our B2B Outside Sales Representatives:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Become a subject matter expert on our business services
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western’s proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets
• Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals

• Previous outside sales experience strongly preferred

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 18 years of age
