Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll and HR solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation, and you will train with a mentor before setting your own schedule to maximize commissions.

Expect a fast sales cycle, ongoing coaching, and an emphasis on building referral networks while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering value through

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check completed.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas) with notes and details.
• Meet minimum production requirements and close sales.
• Stay up-to-date on product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
