Job summary

Auris is seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect, present, and close sales with small to mid-sized merchants and businesses. You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager while using Atlas to manage leads, present value, and process contracts.

During training you will be paired with your PDM/PTM to learn the short cycle sales process and then set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Able to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Meet minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
