Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor role focuses on prospecting and presenting Auris solutions to merchants to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

Training supports you on Atlas CRM, with 100% commission and residuals; after ramp, you set your own schedule. This field-based role requires travel about 50% and rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Prospecting new clients to build a pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel in-area (fieldwork) 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and by phone.
• Close sales with merchants in small to mid-sized businesses.
• Maintain CRM records and document client interactions.
• Attend team meetings and report to a supervisor.
