Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner delivering payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle within the Fort Myers area.

You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, with training on Atlas CRM and our short-cycle sales process. After training, you can set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver\'s license.
• Residence in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas) and capture notes.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and close wins.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
