UniFirst is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative in Sparks, NV to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients and cultivate long-term relationships that support client success.

You’ll collaborate with service and operations teams, maintain an accurate CRM, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; excellent relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory via cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits;
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services;
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements;
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity;
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas;
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
