Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team in a role focused on growing the business through strategic pest-control solutions. You will build relationships with diverse industries, achieve sales targets, and leverage top-tier training and brand support.

The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and sell to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests.
• Build trusted relationships and protect customers' business as a partner.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interior and exterior of commercial properties.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
