Job summary

Crane is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth by understanding our pest control products and services and selling them to commercial clients. You will make strategic recommendations, build lasting relationships, and meet sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.

You will be trained with award-winning programs and provided with a company vehicle, phone, iPad, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Crane’s products and services and sell to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure compliance.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and explain solutions.
