Job summary

Crane Commercial is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join a high-performance team. You will understand our pest control products and services and sell them across industries, focusing on preventing pests and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will build strong customer relationships, meet sales goals through prospecting, and use marketing tools to generate new business. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available after training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Crane’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting the customer's business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and present findings and solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
