Orkin Commercial is seeking a high-energy salesperson to join its team. You’ll leverage the Orkin brand and industry-leading training to grow a commercial pest control book of business. You can expect base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with gas cards after training, and a full benefits package.

You’ll work with a team that values safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity and innovation as you build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored pest solutions.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required, sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by using training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and explain the solution.
