Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, leveraging industry-leading training and the Orkin Guarantee to deliver peace of mind to customers.

You’ll develop relationships, meet sales goals through prospecting and leads, and gain opportunities for leadership growth within a mission-driven, safety-conscious culture.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and explain findings.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspections and address questions to set expectations for their pest program.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
