Orkin is seeking a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial portfolio. You will learn Orkin's pest-control products and services, win new business, and maintain relationships with diverse clients across industries.

Training is provided, and top performers can earn strong commissions with a company vehicle after training. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer empathy as you deliver practical solutions and peace of mind to customers.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain pesticide license if required.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin products/services and sell to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and following up on leads.
