Job summary

Orkin seeks an Outside Sales Representative to join its commercial sales team, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a company vehicle with a gas card after training. You'll gain access to industry-leading training and a full benefits package as you build a career protecting businesses from pests.

You'll conduct property inspections, recommend solutions, and drive new business with the support of marketing tools and a strong team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of the customer’s commercial property
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the iPad provided
