Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage relationships with commercial clients. You’ll promote Orkin’s pest management solutions, schedule inspections, and close deals with a focus on safety, service quality, and customer trust.

You’ll train with award-winning programs, earn a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, and receive a company vehicle after training, plus benefits. No industry experience required to start.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted relationships as a key partner protecting customers’ businesses.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the customer’s property interiors and exteriors and recommend solutions.
