Qualifications

• No Experience Required (sales experience preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of commercial properties using company guidance.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
