Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is seeking hunter-minded B2B sales representatives to drive revenue growth, build relationships, and close deals for our Franchise owners. This outside sales role offers a base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission with potential to double earnings.

You will hunt for new business, manage your pipeline, and meet with decision-makers such as business owners and facility managers. A strong track record in sales and field experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B field sales or high-volume B2C sales experience.
• Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business – Prospect, cold-call, and network to identify high-potential clients.
• Sell Coverall solutions as a value-added partner, not just services.
• Own the full sales cycle – From lead generation to closing deals.
• Meet face-to-face with decision-makers – Business owners, facility directors, operations managers.
