Coverall North America, Inc. seeks a hunter-minded B2B outside sales representative to drive revenue growth for our franchise network. You will prospect, cold-call, and close deals with decision-makers including owners and facility managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B field sales experience with direct success in prospecting, cold calling and sales quota achievement.
• Ability to target decision-makers and manage a multi-stakeholder sales process.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business – Prospect, cold-call, and network to identify high-potential clients.
• Sell solutions, not just services – Position Coverall as a value-added partner.
• Own the full sales cycle – From lead generation to closing deals.
• Meet face-to-face with decision-makers – Business owners, facility managers, operations managers.
• Hit aggressive Executive Level sales targets – We reward results with uncapped commission + bonuses.
