Omni Fiber is expanding its sales team in the Southwest Ohio market, seeking a Business Account Executive to win new business, build lasting relationships, and close deals with commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience meeting sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
