Job summary

Omni Fiber is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for the Bucyrus region in Ohio. You will own your territory, engage homeowners door-to-door, and drive adoption of fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

Comprehensive training is provided and earnings combine a base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. The role offers a structured schedule, strong earnings potential (base $42k plus bonuses), and career advancement in a growing fiber company.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
