Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking a driven Business Account Executive to grow our Southwest, OH markets with uncapped commissions and a strong base. You will own your territory, build a robust book of business, and close deals providing fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.

You’ll conduct consultative meetings, network at local events, and manage pipelines in Salesforce. A dynamic, growth-focused role with competitive compensation awaits the right hunter.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
• CRM and MS Office experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
