Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and actively seeks driven Business Account Executives to bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in Mansfield, OH. You will own your territory, build your book of business, and earn uncapped commissions while supporting local connectivity.

This role emphasizes relationships with business owners, consultative sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience from sale through installation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
