Job summary

ALLO is seeking a self-motivated Business Sales Executive to expand the customer base and drive exceptional service. You will promote fiber optic internet, cloud-based phone systems, cybersecurity, and managed IT services to business clients in your network area.

You must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, be comfortable cold calling, and maintain professional customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in outside B2B sales

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in B2B sales development.
• Adhere to ALLO core values of local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free.
• Consistently drive sales targets for the business sales division.
• Prospect and generate leads in the assigned network area.
• Present and promote ALLO’s fiber services to potential customers.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline from contact to close.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Build relationships with customers and provide ongoing support during the sales cycle.
• Stay up to date with fiber services and business technology trends.
