Job summary

InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our event portfolio. You will partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure events support go-to-market priorities, engage target accounts, and contribute to pipeline growth.

The role combines event execution with a broader B2B marketing mindset, translating events into integrated campaigns, ABM activation, and content-driven experiences that maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with events ownership.
• Experience managing in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
• Ability to connect events to campaigns and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic event marketing plan aligned with go-to-market priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and ABM to activate content, email, digital, and social channels around events.
• Align with Sales for priority accounts, generate meetings, and translate event activity into pipeline impact.
• Execute end-to-end events including sponsorships, logistics, staffing, budgets, and follow-up.
• Define event KPIs and ROI, analyze performance, and recommend future investments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure event strategy supports broader campaigns and objectives.
