Job summary

Franklin Fitch in Texas is hiring a Business Development Manager to own new business across Austin or Houston in a hybrid setup. This is a pure hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and creating opportunities from scratch in a high growth B2B tech platform.

You will manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through close and launch, hunting consistently, building your own book of business, and coordinating with internal teams for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven experience winning net new business.
• Comfortable cold calling and sourcing your own opportunities.
• Hunter mindset with ability to build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own pipeline.
• Sell a workplace solution to HR leaders and people managers.
• Navigate multiple decision makers in complex sales cycles.
