Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring motivated individuals to join our Boston team as Direct Sales Representatives. No prior experience required—we provide training, coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed.

You will meet with local business owners, review energy supply plans, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. Two compensation paths—base pay plus commissions or commission-only—offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Develop new commercial customer relationships.
• Learn our proven sales system alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
• Build the skills needed to grow into an Account Manager role.
