Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Richardson team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Richardson area. You’ll meet with local business owners to review energy plans and suggest cost-saving options, while building lasting relationships that generate recurring income through renewals.

You’ll have two compensation paths—base pay plus commission or commission-only—along with paid training and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to review energy plans and identify savings opportunities.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships while growing your portfolio.
• Travel within an assigned territory around Richardson, TX, typically within 30 miles.
• Present energy supplier options and recommend tailored solutions.
• Support renewals and ongoing energy needs for clients.
• Build a book of business to generate recurring income through commissions.
